Yoga Classes

After many years of teaching group classes of various sizes, Lynn now teaches solely on an individual basis. This traditional approach enables each session to be closely matched to the abilities, interests and requirements of each student.

If you enjoy the social side of large Yoga classes these 1:1 sessions may be taken occasionally alongside, to provide more detailed feedback than is usually available to you. They can enable you to practice in a safe, structured way at home and can deepen your enjoyment and mindfulness of the many beautiful aspects of Yoga.

You may be a student who chooses not to attend group classes, and prefers focused, individual attention to help guide your progress along your particular Yoga path.

Whatever your experience and however you come to Yoga, you will be able to choose the pace and path of your progress. Perhaps you wish to learn about aspects of Yoga not always covered in group classes, such as the Yoga texts and chanting? Perhaps you wish to make improvements to your asanas (yoga postures) and are not sure how? Individual sessions are very beneficial to students who have a commitment to regular practice.

Generally Lynn meets each student monthly, their needs at that time are discussed and an individual practice plan is devised and worked through. This is then practiced regularly at home.
