Lynn Shore has been teaching Yoga to people of all ages and abilities for the past 9 years. She qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2001.

She trained in the styles of ViniYoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in both the UK and India.

Yoga has been part of her life for the past 18 years. She teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and incorporates a more gentle approach and modified movements wherever needed to help her students progress.

Lynn is also a qualified teacher of complimentary therapies. She runs Indian Head Massage and Reflexology workshops.
